By downloading our APP or booking a service on-line we need your email to complete this service.
We may email you from time to time with great offers from us and Anchor Jack.
We will not pass your info onto any other third party.
If you would like to be taken off our list please be in touch by email bigjimstrimsmc@gmail.com and we will try have you details deleted in under 48hrs.
BOOKINGS
PLEASE WASH YOUR HAIR & HANDS BEFORE YOU COME TO THE SHOP.
If you are in the high-risk category please get in touch at bigjimstrims@gmail.com and we will try sort an appointment for you when there will be less people in the shop.
Bring face mask to the shop.
Do not wear gloves in the shop. Wash hands or use anti bac rather.
When you arrive use anti-bac gel or wash your hands straight away before you touch anything.
Please limit the amount of stuff you bring to the shop. Hang your jacket and bag up on the hooks provided. If unsure ask a staff member.
No phones may be used in the shop.
We will not be able to give stamps on your loyalty card for now, sorry
No discounts (Free or money off vouchers) will be valid until further notice.
Please come alone for a haircut. Leave family, pets, and friends at home.
To complete your booking you will have to tick an affidavit say that you have no symptoms of #CoronaVirus
You must give us your correct details, name, phone, and email so we can get in touch with you if we need to concerning COVID-19.
Please come alone ten minutes before your appointment. If you are late for your alocated time slot your booking may be given to someone else and a booking fee will be added to your next visit.
FREE APP
1 Stamp per haircut.
No more than 2 stamps can be issued per day( Father & Son)
We are very busy and cannot remember to give everybody their stamp, please remember to ask your Barber for your stamp. We cannot add stamps once you have left the store.
We cannot add stamps that disappear if you update, reset or remove cookies from your phone.
Loyalty card and deals can be removed or changed at any time without notice.
We cannot add stamps from the old APP, unfortunately, but we have added your first stamp free so you get 2x stamps once you have downloaded the new APP.
We ask you to register and sign in. We ask for an email so we can send you some info, offers, and freebies from time to time, from us and our partner Anchor Jack. We will not pass your email on to anybody else. Thank you.
CHILDREN
Children's skin fade & long hair (Shoulder length) will be charged at adult prices.
Young Ladies 10yrs & under may have their haircut in the Barbershop, but it will be a basic trim, as we are trained in Mens hair. We will not be able to offer layering or any technical bobs etc. Thank you for your understanding.
ENJOY - WORK
What we will do to make your visit stress free & safe.
Barbers will be wearing visors when cutting your hair.
Cleaned and/or disinfected all surfaces and implements.
We will not provide reading material.
No drinks will be served.
Our tools will be sanitised during, before, and after every customer using only the best products as we always have.
We have antibacterial gel for staff and customers to use.
We will have paper towel dispensers on the walls rather than hand towels, for a more hygienic solution to drying your hands.
Acquired appropriate personal protective equipment to be used when necessary or requested.
Gloves and masks will be available if you require them (There will be a charge unfortunately as they are expensive and hard to source)
Removed any non-essential items throughout.
Social distancing will be in place where possible.
Discontinued the practice of hand shaking and other non-essential contact
